Help with Trace for Mac and iPhone.

Importing a route

On Mac, choose Import GPX or open a file from the File menu. On iPhone, tap Open GPX on the welcome screen, or Try demo trail to explore the bundled offline route. For imported routes, connect to the internet and wait for the terrain and imagery to finish loading before editing.

Exporting

On Mac, open the Export panel to choose video format and resolution. Image export saves the current frame as a PNG. On iPhone, use the export button in the toolbar to create and share a video. Export before closing the app: the current iPhone editing session is not restored after a restart. Your files are saved to the location you choose.

Reporting an issue

Include your Trace version, operating system version, device model, and steps to reproduce the issue. A screenshot can help. Remove personal information and avoid sharing private routes unless necessary.
